DAYTIME PRICING: If your daytime event is for groups of 50 or more on Monday – Friday, there is no building rental fee. If your daytime event is for groups of 50 or less, or if your event is on a Saturday, there is a $250 building rental fee. All daytime events are allotted 3 hours and must end by 3:00 pm.
EVENING PRICING: Building rental fee depends on size of group and menu selection. Contact coordinator for details. Events include exclusive use of the building and grounds from 5:00 – 11:00 pm. Set up and clean up. Event Planner, Executive Chef, Event Manager and Wait Staff. Two 50” TVs and DVD player. Background Music on our audio system, use of baby grand piano. Tables and chairs. Skirting and tablecloths in a variety of colors. Sign-In table and pen, display tables and easels.
