| "On-line invitations" is a great way to browse invitations/accessories even
if you aren't ready to order. However, you can actually order with a credit card on-line. Heritage
Gardens offers a larger selection of invitations/accessories at their facility and will be glad to
help with wording, etiquette and any other questions you may have. There are several things you should bear in mind before ordering your invitations.
The time needed for and in-between the rehearsal, ceremony, photographs and the reception must
be considered. The number of guests invited will have an impact on the times involved. Have you
invited everyone to the ceremony when the chapel only seats 75? Have you invited 300 guests to
all arrive at seven o’clock when you really want them to spread themselves out over two or three
hours? Will two hours be long enough for you to greet the number of guests invited, or will two
hours just assure that your guests wait in line longer than necessary? For larger receptions you may want to consider printing different reception times. For example, "7:00PM to 8:30PM" on half of the invitations and "8:30PM to 10:00PM" on the other half. (This will cost slightly more.) Don't forget postage. In addition to the weight being over 1 oz., square and large invitations will require additional postage.
